I am sure you already know the situation of things in South Africa concerning the critical health condition of Nelson Mandela. He was last week rushed to the hospital, since then, unlike before, has been in a severe condition. According to report, thousands of sympathizers are gathered in Soweto as well as the hospital venue where Mandela is receiving treatment, praying, singing and hoping for positive but inevitable news from the country’s president.

A large percentage of the world’s population prays for the survival of Nelson Mandela. They, mostly the South Africans pray for an even longer live than he already lived. The contention right now is, should Mandela be freed from the live support machine to die or not? The public opinion that his continuous stay on the live support machine causes more pain to him concerns sympathizers.

Early today I received a report that says “Nelson Mandela of South Africa may not make it this time around”. Some of us may say it’s a pessimistic thought but what if it’s not? The South African president, top government officials from various countries of the world, thousands of well wishers from far and near are came to pay their respect to him at the hospital as well as his place of living.

Ever since the year began, this is the third time Mandela is been sent to hospital and condition reported as “critical”. There is a general fear that he might not be able to make it this time around. In as much as we wish Mandela a very quick recovery,

Nelson Mandela is 94 years old plus, he has quite achieved more than excellence and already a world figure. If he dies today, the world will miss him and forever remember him, South Africans will miss him even more dearly, and his family will be devastated. Instead of living an unmovable and device support lifestyle that causes more suffering, it is better he is freed for nature to take it cause.
