2023: Kwarans Need Competence Not Incompetence -By Oluwatoyin Hawal Momolosho

He has a greater understanding of politicians as a result of his experience, and he takes leadership duties seriously. By God’s grace, we shall not regret following him when the time comes. He is able to live a pleasant life because he keeps everything simple.

When we grasp the meaning of the words “competence and incompetence,” I believe Kwarans would be able to identify the best candidate for governorship. Because the challenges we are currently facing demonstrate that we are unwilling to support a competent leader, and we are progressively killing ourselves with my own point of view.

Being patient is an important component of being a good leadership. However, a leader cannot be arrogant and insist on becoming a leader. He, too, will not come out since he knows he can’t lead anyone, let alone a single individual or a state.

A leader should be a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the field in which he want to hold a position. When you think about it, Kwara has produced numerous governors from all parts of our region, but none of them has worked hard to restructure our wonderful state into one that stands out among the rest, which is unfair. While many of them have traveled around the world to see how other countries deal with their people with care and integrity, but they have chosen not to adopt it. Why?

“A person in need is a person indeed,” as the saying goes. It’s a great quote, as the adage says. Because if you have a buddy, brother, or uncle who stays with you when you’re having issues, you’ll know that he actually loves and cares about you, not just to take anything from your hands but also to help you if you require it.

Regardless, there is a man who has stood behind Kwarans since the beginning and will continue to do so in the future. Not because of anything, but because he genuinely cares about our beloved state, regardless of the repercussions. Prof. Shuaib Oba Abdulraheem is eager to do everything in his power to bring our state to the next level, but we didn’t realized it. Let’s cheer up, Kwara, since success is close behind us if we stay still with him.

Kwarans! Let us be wise, because the election of 2023 is only around the corner. Simply vote where your vote will be counted, not where it will not. Talba is a righteous man. Everything he does is motivated by Allah’s fear. So, instead of following in the footsteps of the unsuccessful, follow in the footprints of the successful. Talba isn’t just a name we’ve never heard of; everyone knows he’s a good man in every way. Let us, on the other hand, work together to bring this man up, and we will all succeed rather than repent in the future.

The future of our country and state are more vital than anything else… Let us continue to back him up. He is a fantastic man, and we will never wish for his death… May Allah continue to provide for us. Amin

Talba should keep going!
