Igbudu Market is the biggest market in Delta State. It is along Warri Sapele Road, Warri. It derived its name from Igbudu Community of the Agbassa Kingdom.

A visit to Igbudu Market on every Saturday is such an interesting experience, as it is one of the busiest days due to the rush for “second-hand” clothings locally known as “gbogbo”. The struggle through the crowd as well as the noise add to the fun.

The preachers are in all corners of the marketplace, with the very religious women singing and dancing with them.

The people here hail from every tribe in the country: Urhobos and Isokos are here, Ijaws are here and Itsekiris are also here; Fulanis are here and Hausas are also here.
