The quartet reportedly left Casablanca aboard a private jet shortly after the match.

Their early departure means they will miss the AFCON award ceremony scheduled to take place after Sunday’s final, as bronze medals were not presented on Saturday.

Nigeria defeated Egypt 4-2 on penalties after the playoff ended goalless in regulation time, securing third place.
