AJE Group Launches New Production Line to Boost Beverage Capacity

AJE Group, makers of BIG Cola and Cifrút, has inaugurated a new beverage production line to expand its manufacturing capabilities and meet growing consumer demand across multiple pack sizes.
The company’s Managing Director/CEO, Hernan Córdova, officially commissioned the facility during a weekend ceremony, calling it a “new turn of events and a significant aspect of AJE 2.0, poised to drive great productivity, marketing, sales and consumer satisfaction.”
Key executives present included Commercial Director Dennis Cunliffe, CFO Anibal Torres, and Supply Chain Manager Raul Inga, alongside staff and special guests.
Babatunde Ogundiran, Team Building anchor, emphasized the workforce’s dedication, stating the expansion reflects “determined and continuous effort to excel irrespective of challenges.” He reaffirmed the company’s core values: “Fearless, Dreamer, Entrepreneur, Passion, and Brotherhood” as growth drivers.
The event also celebrated staff milestones, with Cunliffe noting three key highlights: “the commissioning of the new production line, a team-building exercise, and a long service award.” He added, “We felt the need to appreciate staff who stood with us through thick and thin.”
CFO Torres praised award recipients: “We’re happy to put smiles on our staff’s faces, especially the awardees. We look forward to making the next edition bigger.”
Organizing Committee Chairman Dr. Olayinka Akerele linked the initiative to corporate values: “This shows our commitment to innovation and staff welfare. We want employees to feel valued and encouraged to excel.”
Long-service honorees included Folorunsho Owolabi, Francis Igenegbai, Unugor Bashir, Emmanuel Olatunji, Raheem Babatunde, and Mathias Williams, among others.
The expansion strengthens AJE Group’s position in Nigeria’s competitive beverage market while reinforcing its employee-centric corporate culture.
