AMVCA 2024: Jagun Jagun wins ‘Best Costume Design’ as Mami Wata grabs ‘Best Makeup’

The Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) celebrated its tenth anniversary on Saturday night. Femi Adebayo’s Jagun Jagun won the Best Costume Design category.
In a same vein, Campbell Precious Arebamen of the “Mami Wata” film team took home the “Best Make Up” prize.
The makeup artist overcame Feyisayo Oyebisi of A Tribe Called Judah, Hadizat Gambo of Mojiisola movie, Hakeem Onilogbo of Jagun Jagun, and Francesca Otaigbe.
Presenting the first prize in a series is well-known TV anchors Kehinde Bankole and Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
Campbell Precious Arebamen expressed her happiness to the media and thanked her director for the assistance. She mentioned that this was her second AMVCA prize.
