Darkness envelopes the world
The music of perplexity saturates the atmosphere
Hundreds of thousands People bit the dust
Unexpectedly, the rains of fear fall profusely
Gradually, hope evaporates like vapour

All of a sudden, we had a change of diet
“Washing of hands” serves as our breakfast
“Social distancing” serves as lunch
Hand sanitizer serves as dinner and
“Stay safe” automatically becomes our anthem

In search of a solution, a trumpet of war was blow
Doctors substitute soldiers
Face masks substitute tank amour
Soap and water substitute guns and
Hand sanitizers substitute booms

Government sing -Corona Virus
The poor chant “Hunger Virus”
Activists whisper “Corruption virus”
Sacked Workers yell “unemployment Virus”
The rich gabbled panicky

All Holy Sacred rooms closed
Educational activities suspended
Commercial activities obstructed
The world economy groans
Twenty-twenty is indeed atypical

Though the year twenty-twenty is atypical, yet
There are sufficient bags of moral lessons for the human race
Wealth is nothing; hence it doesn’t solve all human problems
Human knowledge has limit,
Therefore, God is supreme and all powerful
