The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) has appraised the series of consultations held so far toward getting a widely acceptable presidential standard-bearer for the ruling All Progressives Congress.

He stated this during a meeting held Sunday night at State House, Abuja, with members of the National Advisory Council of the All Progressives Congress.

He said the series of consultations was to ensure the party was well-positioned to win its third straight victory since 2015, according to a statement by his spokesman, Femi Adesina, titled, ‘APC set for 3rd straight victory since 2015’.
