BREAKING: Panic as fire guts building in LASUTH
The Director, Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, Margaret Adeseye, who confirmed the incident, said officials of the agency were mobilised to the scene, adding that the fire had been put out.
Fire, on Wednesday, gutted a building on the premises of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital in the Ikeja area of the state.
The PUNCH gathered that the fire incident caused panic among workers and patients at the hospital
The fire was said to have started around 4 pm.

“It is a minor fire and it has been put out. Expect an official statement soon,” Adeseye said.
