BUA Cement has rewarded its workforce with a ₦30 billion Christmas bonus, bringing cheer to employees as the company recognised their dedication and hard work.

The announcement was made by the company’s Chairman, Abdul Samad Rabiu, during the BUA Long Service Award Party held at Eko Hotels on Tuesday.

Rabiu disclosed that the ₦30 billion package was distributed among 500 staff members across the organisation, highlighting the company’s commitment to appreciating loyalty and performance.

In addition to the general bonus, five employees received special awards of ₦1 billion each for their exceptional contributions to the company.

The move underscores BUA Cement’s long-standing tradition of motivating its workforce and maintaining employee-friendly policies. Industry observers note that such initiatives have played a key role in boosting staff morale, loyalty and overall performance within the organisation.
