The registration of the club under the CAC means that the club has acquired the status of legal personality in Nigeria, who can sue and be sued.  And  where liability arises from the business or activities of the club, the owner will not be held personally liable or responsible.

CAC Registers Ak Ajipsco United

Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) of Nigeria has registered Ak Ajipsco United, a local football club based in Baruten Local Government Area of Kwara.

The club, registered as Ak Ajipsco Enterprise with business name registration number of 3843723, is now incorporated into the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020.

The principal place address for the club is No.5 Manager Compound, Boriya Manager Street, Boriya, Kwara State.

Established in October 2019, AK Ajipsco United appears to be the first and only licensed football club in Baruten. Since its coming to life, it remains the best club that has been nurturing, motivating and growing the about-wasted raw football talents in the area.

Divided into first team and team B, the Baruten based football club is being sponsored by Allhaji Jimoh Titilope and Alhaji Akeem Alonso. It also has sport directors, technical crew and a head coach, Abdul-afeez Ajagbajigbo.

Another huge advantage of the registration is that the name of the club_Ak Ajipsco United_ is now being safeguarded  from being used by another person / business. No one else can register a business with that same name or a similar name.

Also, the club will enjoy perpetual succession even if the owners cease to exist,  another person can assume ownership or control or the club can be sold. 

With this registration, the club can easily obtain a visa and travel to any country in the world for business purposes.

Speaking with the head coach, Abdul-afeez Ajagbajigbo said that the registration serves as a great stride in readiness of the club to compete at the highest level, despite the geographical impediment.

“Everybody in the club feels great and excited about the registration,” he said. “It shows that we are progressing despite being in an underdeveloped area. This registration improves the confidence of our players and increases their readiness to compete at the highest level.
