From a different angle, it is just two things – psychologically: needs and capture.

There are regular life needs, food, sleep, work, relationships, leisure, medications, money, etc.

But there are things that are captivating that take hold of the mind, and it is just impossible to move past – in that time, or beyond.

Capture is beyond addiction, though addiction captures its recipients.

Looking at what has captured a person, or group, or how it did, and why, can be a major way to understand much about them.

Capture can be good, but it is most often bad for majority. It is often gamed for cause advantage.

Capture – often of the mind, strengthens. It makes the body ready to withstand severity.

Mostly, people not captured by the same thing often look at those captured by it as having a problem.

Capture for some can be gradual, and for others can be sudden. There are factors that make minds susceptible to capture. There’s life’s unpredictability, too.

Sometimes, captures are by an elaborate or sophisticated scheme, and other times, there’s just vacancy.

One question was asked to a community many years ago.

[Galatians 3:1, O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the Truth, before whose eyes JESUS CHRIST hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?]

This question still vital presently, seeks – in part, introspection, for whatever may have captured them.

True Christianity is submission to JESUS, not the same with capture by an ideology or an overwhelming hook on a need.

Some people, though surpassingly fortunate, saw others – and just wanted theirs.

[1 Samuel 8:5, And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.]

It is possible to be in trouble, but instead of letting it capture one, prayer to JESUS can be made.

[Psalm 61:2, From the end of the earth will I cry unto Thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: Lead me to the Rock that is higher than I.]
