The whole world is facing the problem of a deadly pandemic
Which has definitely gone viral
Without exclusion of any dignitaries nor the personalities
The world in its entirety are battling over this deadly virus
Which led to the lockdown of the world

No vaccine has been detected to contain this virus
Powerful nor the powerless countries are exception
Puissance countries are battling with covid19
This pandemic is like a Destiny Diverter
Diverted their attention from economic growth
Facing this Pandemic to leave this world

As Yoruba adage says
“Ibi ojubi bi a ti bi eru la bi omo”
”One birth is not superior to other, as slave is born so is a free-born”
covid19 treats everyone equal

Some countries have ruined into recession
Because of this baleful virus
Killing the doctors and patients
Restricted the movement of leaders and followers
From leaving their country to foreign countries

Diverted the attention of our leaders
From foreign hospitals
To priotise our local hospitals
Which they have dumped Antecedentaly
And as regarded our local hospitals
As the home of sick poor Nigerians

Who will be our saviour?
Our religious places has been shutdown
No movement for workers nor the traders
Masses are shouting of hunger
Government fails to provide for their needs
After being lock down in their respective home

Government has regretted their actions
From investing in health and educational sector
Affluent people are donating money here and there
To fight against this pandemic
The virus is a God-Sent
To punish the selfish and repacious leaders

Covid19 has come as a lesson
It has served as deterrent
For those that didn’t satisfy
With what God has provided for them
And decide to embrace that of foreign countries

The only remedy for us
Is to seek forgiveness from the creator
To save us from this Pandemic
And bring the world back to healthy state
