Diddy is shown brutally abusing his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a viral 2016 video

On Friday night, a video surfaced that purportedly shows Sean “Diddy” Combs attacking Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, his ex-girlfriend, in a hotel corridor back in 2016.

CNN was able to obtain a video that shows Diddy following Ventura down the corridor while wearing a towel before attacking her close to the elevators. The video was shot from several angles.

CNN confirmed the incident happened at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles, using publicly accessible images of the hotel’s interior.

Diddy was seen on camera attempting to drag Ventura back down the hallway after striking and assaulting her.

Diddy grabbed a handbag and a luggage off the ground next to his ex-girlfriend after pushing her to the ground.

According to CNN, Diddy later paid the InterContinental Century City $50,000 for the hallway security footage.

The video seemed to validate several allegations made in a lawsuit brought by Ventura in 2023, in which she claimed she was trafficked, raped, and beaten by Diddy on many occasions over 10 years.

According to the complaint, which cited the altercation as occurring “around March 2016,” Diddy became “extremely intoxicated and punched Ventura in the face, giving her a black eye.”
