Do You Know That Aljazeera is banned in Egypt, Bahrain, Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Kuwait, and even Saudi Arabia?

Now why would these Islamic countries ban the broadcast of Aljazeera in their countries when Aljazeera is owned by a fellow Islamic country, namely Qatar?

It’s a long story, but here is the summary.

Yes indeed Aljazeera is owned by Qatar and is not a private media organization: it is owned by the government of Qatar, just like the NTA is owned by the Federal government of Nigeria.

Aljazeera was instrumental in the Arab Spring that began in late 2010 and saw the most serious social uprising in the Middle East in recent times.

Aljazeera is banned by the above named Islamic countries because they accuse Aljazeera of inciting the public against their governments. In other words, the governments of these Islamic countries believe that Aljazeera consistently and systematically lied to their people with the aim of causing them to react negatively against their governments.

That’s a serious accusation. And it was so serious it resulted in an economic blockade of Qatar in 2017.

Did you know that in 2017 Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE (Dubai) imposed an economic embargo on Qatar? It was an economic blockade such as we have not witnessed in recent times. Sunni Islamic nations blockading a fellow Sunni Islamic nation. Qatar is so rich the sanctions did not affect them that much but it was politically significant that Saudi Arabia and co will feel frustrated and angry enough to want to take such a step and to do so in spite of the negative effect of such a move with regard to the unity of Sunni Islam. The official reasons given for the blockade were that Qatar was supporting terrorism and financing extremist groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, ISIS, and even the Taliban. Qatar was also accused of using Aljazeera to spread revolt in Arab countries, apart from being too close to Iran, which is their regional rival.

If you understand the geopolitics of the Middle East, you will know that although Qatar is a Sunni Islamic nation, it does not always align with fellow Sunni nations such as Egypt and Saudi Arabia. It aligns more with Iran, which is not only a Shia Islamic nation but the major rival of the Sunnis and Saudi Arabia in particular since Saudi Arabia is the leader of the Sunni world. The only major Sunni nation Qatar seems to align with is Turkey, which, although Sunni, is also trying to replace Saudi Arabia as the leader of the Sunni world. In essence, Qatar is considered a stubborn or even a disloyal Sunni nation. This is why its broadcast channel, Aljazeera, was banned in many of these Sunni nations. The only way to counter the accusations against Qatar is to presume that Saudi Arabia deliberately lied against Qatar and was joined in that dangerous slander by Egypt, Bahrain, the UAE (Dubai) and others. Whatever you choose to believe is your prerogative but these are the facts. Fortunately, you don’t have to trust the author of this piece to believe them because they are publicly available. I am certainly not holding brief for Saudi Arabia and co but I don’t believe that Saudi Arabia will recklessly accuse a fellow Sunni Islamic nation of sponsoring terrorism without hard evidence. Remember that the whole thing was public.

So, whenever you listen to Aljazeera, understand the accusations hanging over its head. These accusations are not frivolous and cannot be dismissed as simply sentimental because they are accusations by nations who worship exactly like Qatar and who are mostly Arabs—just like the people of Qatar are Arabs. Recently, Israel also banned Aljazeera. Due to its strong democratic principles, it was not easy for the Israeli government to shut down Aljazeera. The Supreme Court of Israel would not allow it. But the government finally found a way around that by passing a law that allowed the ban to go through on the basis of the exigencies of national security. The Israeli government and the Israeli military had earlier accused Aljazeera of inciting violence in Israel and spying for Hamas. Notably, some so-called journalists working with Aljazeera who were killed in Gaza have been proven to actually be Hamas members. Not just Gaza civilians but active-duty Hamas members with their names on the payroll of Hamas and even their ranks in the Hamas organization made public.

But the matter of Aljazeera is even more complicated than that. In the Middle East, you have Muslims (Shia and Sunni) and you have Jews. You also have the Druze and other groups who are virtually inconsequential, leaving the Jews, Sunni Muslims, and Shia Muslims as the real centers of gravity. The Jews are less than 10 million while the Muslims surrounding them are over 300 million. No matter how powerful Israel is, Israel cannot hope to thrive in a situation of active hostility against all these Muslims. They are simply too many. So Israel prefers to have peace with these Muslims.

In the beginning (and you may be surprised to know this) it was the Sunnis that were the mortal enemies of Israel. Surprisingly, Iran (the leader of Shia Islam) was the first truly Islamic country in the world to recognize Israel in 1948 after Israel declared independence. Actually, Turkey recognized Israel shortly before Iran did but Turkey had a secular government at the time and was trying to please the United States so as to be allowed to join NATO. Turkey eventually joined NATO in 1959.

So Iran and Israel were initially good friends. During those days, it was Saudi Arabia and the other Sunni nations that were the enemies. For example, Saudi Arabia used to pay the families of Palestinian suicide bombers who attacked Israelis $25k. This largesse of course encouraged many families to encourage their own children to blow themselves up—just to harm Israelis.

But things have changed.

Beginning from 1979, Iran became an enemy of Israel and soon became the most important enemy of Israel because its stated goal is the destruction of Israel. My own personal understanding of the situation is that the powers that be in this world (which want Israel destroyed) enabled the rise of Iran. Ironically, it was the rise of Iran that ignited the new relationship between Israel and Saudi Arabia plus the Sunni Muslim world. Again, this is my own personal deduction.

As Iran was rising, the Saudis and other Sunni nations feared for their own survival. Based on the principle that the enemy of my enemy is my friend, the Saudis began to shift towards Israel. The successes of Israel on the battlefield also made Israel a worthy friend. Since 1948 when Israel declared independence, Israel has never lost a war. You fight against Israel, you lose—every single time—including during the Yom Kippur War when Israel was attacked while fasting to observe the Day of Atonement stated in Leviticus 16 and 23. Israel has never lost a war and here was a new enemy (Iran) which had publicly vowed to destroy Israel. Quietly, the Sunnis began to see friendship with Israel as something worth considering. This is part of the reason for the secret romance between Israel and Saudi Arabia today. The romance has to be secret because the Saudis have to be careful with their population, which is still largely anti-Israel, having been groomed for decades to be anti-Israel. Any overt support for Israel would not go down well with them and could potentially topple the royal family.

So, peace with her Arab neighbours is a major cornerstone of Israel’s national security policy. Hypothetically speaking, Israel is willing to pay billions of dollars or make huge concessions to secure peace with any Arab/Muslim country. Trump attempted to do this during his first term when he tried to basically bribe the Palestinians with Saudi Arabian and American money to abandon their quest for a Palestinian State in exchange for a European-level standard of living—or something close. Israel eagerly welcomed and would surely have supported this Trump plan with money and security guarantees if the Palestinians had accepted it.

The logic of Israel almost desperately seeking peace with her Arab neighbours is simple. The less hostile Arab nations they have to worry about, the less defence spending, the less likely would be wars, and the more they can focus on enjoying their prosperity as a global powerhouse of cybersecurity, agricultural technology, medicine, and even weapons manufacturing.

The people who want Israel destroyed seem to have fantasized about breaking the peace agreement between Israel and Egypt. Now even though Israel has defeated Egypt in every war since 1948, you have to realize that Egypt is a big deal when it comes to war. They are well armed and have a very large army. And then they are just a stone’s throw away from Israel. An invasion could happen very quickly. If you sit down quietly with a bottle of chilled orange juice in a corner of your room (no television and no phone) and think deeply about the Arab Spring, you will realize that one of the strategic goals of whoever orchestrated that uprising was to tear down the peace treaty between Israel and Egypt. The Arab Spring was executed by the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization that has been banned in Egypt and several other Arab nations.

Guess what happened after the Arab Spring resulted in the toppling of Hosni Mubarak, then president of Egypt?

Mohammed Morsi, a Muslim Brotherhood member, became President of Egypt.

And guess one of the first things Morsi tried to do?

You guessed right.

Morsi began to threaten to cancel the 1979 peace treaty between Egypt and Israel. In case you do not understand what that means, it may mean immediate war. My personal interpretation of the situation is that the Egyptian military (knowing one or two things about Israel and seeing Morsi as a mad man) could not sit quietly and allow Morsi take a decision that could potentially destroy Egypt. So they just stepped in and removed him. That was how El-sisi came to power and quickly transmuted from an army General into a civilian President. El-Sisi knows better than tampering with the peace treaty between Israel and Egypt. In fact, Israel is now a major supplier of gas to Egypt. So cooperation seems a better path than confrontation. And Morsi, if he was in power up till now, may have succeeded in his ideological quest and taken Egypt to war with Israel.

Have you forgotten the role Aljazeera played in the Arab Spring that brought Mohammed Morsi to power? This is why you need to understand who you are listening to when the bulk of your information about the war in Gaza comes from Aljazeera.

The American Connection

If you understand US politics with respect to its foreign policy, it should come as no surprise that Barack Obama was friends with the Muslim Brotherhood. In fact there are strong rumours that he once hosted some MB leaders in the White House. I’m aware of some of the evidence but there is no need to present them here.

Remember also that some commentators have accused Obama of instigating the Arab Spring through the speech he gave at the University of Cairo shortly after his first term began. And recently, it was revealed that the Joe Biden administration tried to topple Benjamin Netanyahu by sponsoring the protests that rocked the streets of Israel a few years ago. There is also ample evidence that Obama spent approximately a hundred million dollars to get Netanyahu out of power when Obama was President. On top of that, I have circumstantial evidence that strongly suggests that Obama conducted a covert transfer of American drone technology to Iran; but that is a story for another day. Just remember that Iran has suddenly become a major player in drone warfare, with the second most powerful country in the world (Russia) depending on it for supply of drones in executing the war in Ukraine. I won’t say more.

In the end, what do you see? Globalists like Obama and Biden are naturally allied with enemies of Israel like Iran and Turkey and the Muslim Brotherhood. Because the mainstream media belongs to the globalists, the mainstream media also works overtime to demonize Israel. Aljazeera is part of the mainstream media as is CNN, MSNBC, BBC, ABC, and their counterparts in the print and online media such as The New York Times. These are the people who are ready to turn logic on its head at any moment and tell you that a man evolved from fish, or that it is perfectly ok for a woman to have another woman as her spouse; or that a man can be a man around 9am and choose to be a woman before evening of the same day. They are the same people who try to brainwash their audience into believing it is a good thing for America’s borders to be open so illegal migrants can flow in. They typically don’t encourage migrants to go to countries like China: America is the sucker, as Donald Trump often laments. Other nations can have secure borders with additional security measures that would discourage the most determined illegal migrant but if a United States President dares to do the same in the interest of national security, he is a racist and a bigot. As would be obvious to any observer, the enemies of Israel are more likely to be the enemies of the United State also, but that is a topic for another day. Interestingly, the mainstream media in the West (CNN, BBC, New York Times, etc) do not have common values with others like Aljazeera. While Aljazeera will never support the LGBTQ agenda for example, the main cheerleader of the LGBTQ agenda in the West and in the world are the western media organizations like New York Times, CNN, BBC, and the rest. So why do these disparate organizations ally? It would appear that their interests converge in the opposition of Israel and the opposition of the United States also. If migrants continue to pour into the United States (like CNN and the rest want) the United States will either be destroyed or taken over. If Egypt goes to war with Israel and is joined by other Arab nations (a very likely scenario) that could lead to terrible loss of lives on both sides and divert the energies of Israel from development into survival and may ultimately lead to its collapse. And that is exactly what the globalists want. The matter is deeper than this but I will have to stop here for now. I just wanted you to understand why Aljazeera was established and give you a peek into its strategic goals and its allies in the West and what could be binding them together.

This means that, in supporting Israel the way he does, President Donald Trump is truly on his own. From his own MAGA Movement, there are now enough antisemites masquerading as American patriots and attempting to cut off the ties between Israel and the United States. If you are a student of Bible prophecy and if you are conversant with the prophecy of Ezekiel 38, you know these people will succeed one day. Either that, or something will happen in the United States to make it impossible for the United States to come to the aid of Israel. From the words of prophet Ezekiel, one can safely deduce that no nation will come to help Israel. The situation will be reminiscent of what happened just before the crossing of the Red Sea during the Exodus.

Like I tell those close to me, every day Israel survives is a miracle. And it is not because of US support. God can use anyone and Donald Trump is just privileged to be the one being used at this time, just like his predecessor Richard Nixon was used during the Yom Kippur War, and Harry S. Truman was used during the declaration of independence. The fact of the matter is that the enemies of Israel are the most powerful entities of this world and Donald Trump is no match for them even though he himself may not know that. The world is in the hands of Satan and Satan has handed over the reins of power to a particular organization. It is this organization that runs the world. For example, it was only by the permission of this organization that Hamas had the lever to attack Israel, rape women, burn little babies, shoot many to death, drag many in the streets of Gaza, butcher others, and stream the whole barbarity on their GoPro cameras for their fans around the world to see and relish. They knew that this organization that secretly rules the world on behalf of Satan would command the mainstream media to muddle up the facts and even begin to blame Israel. And they were right. Today, Israel is being blamed by the mainstream media for trying to apply commensurate military pressure on Gaza so as to force Hamas to release the Israelis who were abducted by Hamas on the 7th of October, 2023. Moreover, Hamas knew that the globalist puppet regimes of this organization in Europe were going to eventually be on their side. And again, they were right. France and the UK and some other countries are now getting ready to recognize a Palestinian State. This is not a random occurrence. It was planned even before the October 7th attack in 2023. The identity of this organization is known to Bible students. God placed both the code and the decoding keys in the Book of Revelation so His children who are living in the last days will be wiser than the wisest and will know more than the best intelligence agencies in the world.

Jesus Himself said the last days will be filled with deception. It would not be safe to allow the children of God form their worldview from books and newspaper articles. If they did that, they will be deceived. So there was need to give them credible information that provides evidence of God’s omniscience and omnipotence and at the same time arm them against all sorts of deception. That credible information is hidden in the Book of Revelation. If you don’t know some of the prophecies of that Book, you don’t know what’s going on in the world and what is about to happen. The best news analysis from the best historian who also has degrees in international relations and diplomacy will still not be able to tell you exactly where the world is tending. But God freely made that information available to His children to prevent any of them from being deceived. No wonder Jesus Christ said “if it were possible the elect will be deceived.” Thank God it will be impossible for the elect to be deceived.

Don’t forget that two Israeli Rabbis prophesied over 20+ years ago that Benjamin Netanyahu was going to be the last Prime Minister of Israel before the onset of the messianic age. These Rabbis were Jews and I have reason to believe that the messiah they were talking about is most likely to be the Antichrist. But can you see how close we are to the end of time?
