Drama as Governor Ademola Adeleke Employed Osun Amotekun Corps as Adhoc Operative -By Segun Adebowale

You don’t expect someone who protects Osun State with their life not to have proper welfare packages. Governor Ademola Adeleke, a few months ago, you gave a Puff-puff seller a standard appointment letter within a week, but Osun State Amotekun are bleeding with no proper care. Mr. Governor, what is the offense or sin of Osun State Amotekun Corps that makes you hate them with passion? Everything is not about dancing; protecting lives and property is not a joke; it’s a sacrifice.

Governor Ademola Adeleke

Osun State is the operational base for all Amotekun Corps in the Southwest, but it’s sad that the governor of Osun State betrayed the Osun State Amotekun Corps by giving them Adhoc operative employment letters. This letter given to Osun Amotekun has killed their morale, and it will lead to disaster, as we are already witnessing. Governor Ademola Adeleke, you can’t expect a positive result from Amotekun Corps you employed without giving them job security. When they know they don’t have a future in the service, it will definitely lead to all forms of uniform crimes, such as extortion, bribery, extrajudicial killing, violation of human rights, and others.
