A great leader is determined by his ability to rule the people. The people were kept in anticipation since after the election was held. In this moment, people came out fully ready to come together and choose a new and better future for the state, and the election offers that. The vision of every leader is rooted in transformation and good governance to provide a rich and fulfilled life for his people. Things have changed dramatically over the years and creating the future will not be easy. It will requires new approach, hardworking, commitment, determination and above all, patience. It won’t be easy to just wake up and see it just happening, but a leader who believes that is possible can make it to be possible.

The failed path we’ve been traveling for so many years need to be change if we need to be part of the future. If everyone will fold their arms and keep watching, we will be thrown back to our early days. We faced hard days and challenges concerning the state, but if we choose to remain in that pain, the future will not favour us. But the only way to truly bring about the future we seek is if we’re to work together as one. The future is now getting brighter everyday from the emergence of a new leader. But i believe that our new leader has the right understanding of the fundamental challenges we found ourselves and the right vision for where we need to go towards a better Future.

Our state has grown and prospered from the emergence of a new leader. It is believed that what the heart sees, the eyes need not to witness, but both did. We were bestowed with a leader who is capable of bridging the developmental gaps ahead of us. As we have seen, this approach was a successful one. Despite our economy struggle, he managed to create something out of it and continued with the developmental projecs across the state. This is a great achievement for the state. I imagined how the state would be in the next couple years to come.

One cannot soar alone or build a society, but the people around him elevate their objectives to new horizons. A great team will take you to great places. This leader is centred in the midst of his great team in which he help the creativity in the them emerge. New ideas flow’s with transformation, as the new economy is based on innovation. The new world is in the lookout for new talents with fresh perspectives. You Looked for genius to be in your team and general public which leads to this achievement. Because their is nothing stronger than a great idea.

His administration looks forward in creating leaders as much attention was paid to the education sector. And when you create leaders, you create a Future. As said by Malcolm X, “education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it”. Hopefully, a creative and intellectual giant leader was administered to this sector. A leader with great vision for the states development through education. This has been a catalyst to the development and achievement in building those leaders.

The transformation in infrastructure has grown beyond prediction as the modern world is now build both in structures and ideas. Those infrastructural development emrge as a result of his commitment and making life easy for his people. Having such leader in a state is a gift to his people. And the people should have this at the back of their minds that to change something, it requires process. But what will take us to our great achievement in deploying those changes is patience. Because it is the driving force to take us to the promise Land.
The new leader must to remain focus, he will encounter alot of challenges within and around the state. But his commitment and dedication will not make his stop the good work he started. Success is achieved when it is been determined.
