Empty Treasury Claim: Obiano’s media aides lazy, unprofessional —By Chima Christian

It’s just that former Governor Willie Obiano’s media aides and sympathizers are lazy, unprofessional and not committed to defending the legacy of their principal who they benefited maximally from while in office.
By just streching Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s revelation at the Anambra State House of Assembly during the budget presentation today, Obiano’s media aides would have connected a few dots and made nonsense of Soludo’s claim that he met an empty treasury.
Obiano left more than N300 million for his successor. Obiano’s people should know this. How they have allowed the “Willie is Working” legacy to be defined by Soludo’s claim of meeting an empty treasury should be studied.
I’ll provide my preliminary observations of the first reading of Anambra’s 2023 draft budget later this evening.
