In his view, Ubahokwe (2003) pointed out that as English is the language in our everyday lives and in even science and technology a ticket to advancement in education and language of administration. In view of the review on the above statement it would not be overestimated if one says that English though being a foreign language is much more indispensible in the life of Nigerians than all the indigenes of Nigerian language put together.

ABS Chime (2002) maintained that the method used by the teachers of English Language can be faulted in the sense that they did not follow retained method used in teaching the English Language. There seems to be an evidence to assume that some that some teachers adopt the behavioral approach while others learn better in materials based on the cognitive theory of learning.

Waldo Braden (2003) pointed out that learning of any language for effectiveness depends solely on the use of the fire sense in methodology, this petered language is involved. In his words, techniques of pictorial language involves mental images, according to him through the power of words a speaker speaks her ability to indirectly stimulate many kinds of sensation. Gustatory image can be created through the use of words that evoke acidly, images such as bitter, sweet sour etc.

Olfadary images create or make the audience or students to smell of what is being described. Auditory helps the audience or students to imagine the sound of the events described. These and many more are pictorial languages that a teacher of English Language can be able to use for effective teaching.

Government of Nigerian anytime has not helped us to define the position of English Language and that is why learners of English Language are struggling with less or no success in learning English Language.

According to Adebis Odumosi (2003) “I don’t know the type of future we will be questing to our children if they are uncared for by the poor that be. Besides we are going to lose man power as most teachers will not return to the profession because of framatic experiences”. When linking to inconsistency, Dr Michael Ann (2002) pointed out that one attains perfect state in whatever one is doing when one works consistently. Consistency is relevant and necessary to bring about perfection and get the students indo-frinated. The closer one becomes with substance, the more attached to and or dexterous he becomes.

According to Ikechukwu (2008), the four language communication skills are; listening not speaking, reading and writing respectively. This is the basis upon which the learning of any new language is affected. In learning and language, one first listens to people who are speaking then one speaks what one has listened to. Then one goes to follow the education system may not work well for Nigerians due to the fact that established cultural and political system and that of other countries are not the same. This above statement is supported fully in the sense that Nigerian system of education can be changed without consulting the necessary education authorities.
