It is Shocking to Note that Nigerian Govt have No Winnable Charge Against the IPOB leader.

1) KANU broadcasting from UK and the signal is received in parts of Nigerian.
[The broadcast was made in the UK. Nigerian Court has no jurisdiction over events that happened in the UK. Afterall, FGN claimed blocking Radio Biafra’s signals].

2) Kanu is Preparing S/East, S/South, Communities in Kogi and Benue to secede from Nigeria and joining Biafra.
[Another childish charge. There was no process like referendum, plebiscite, and conference to activate this process].

3) Kanu used Radio Biafra to call Buhari names, like Terrorist, Paedophile, Idiot and Evil.
[Buhari is an individual and if he feels insulted by Nnamdi Kanu, he can file charges against him. FGN has no business here].

4) Kanu imported Radio Transmitter shipped to Ihiala.
[There is no proof of shipment or postage of these bogus Transmitters and not linked to anyone including Prince Kanu].

5) Kanu encouraged supporters to kill security men and their families.
[While no one supports violence, it is not a crime telling Nigerians including IPOB members to defend themselves].

6) In UK, Kanu made a broadcast that what will happen will “shake the world”, people will die, and the whole world will standstill, mark my word”.
[This is the most stupid of the charges. Did the world shake two weeks after the broadcast? The answer is a capital No].

7) Kanu used his radio to declare Sit-at-home and threatened death to defaulters.
[It is called Sit-At-Home and people are largely indoors. It is has been confirmed that hoodlums and Govt agents are behind the illegal Sit-At-Home Monitoring.
No one was hurt in all the sit-at-home(s) declared by Kanu, except those killed by soldiers and the Police.
