Food Blockades by the North: Instituting Mass Murder and Genocide -By Micheal A. Adeniyi.

Farm produce from the North was never free. We purchase them. I mean we purchase them with oil money and tax from the alcohol we all share in Nigeria as monthly allocation. While Northern governor pockets theirs reading fatwa of 15 virgins as they continue to buy estates in Dubai the southern counterparts put a little fraction into circulation for its people to buy food from the North. This is clearly a loss. But indeed it was the fabric that held the nation. Robbing peter to pay Paul. This people pay next to zero tax on farming. They earn nothing from export. They get subsidized on farming with oil money. They get a chunk of every good in Nigeria and own the biggest problem in Nigeria. Between oils was found and explored by tax paid by every regional government and Nigerians. And the North has gotten their reward through oil blocks. The party is over.

The intent of the Northern food blockade was to starve Southern Nigerians to death. That’s mass genocide. They only failed on one thing again. They forgot they had open the Southern borders after punishing us for 12 months: blocking us from Benin, Togo, Ghana and other neighbors. They thought we will dies of hunger but it was the other way round. They counted their own loss in billions and called up their stupid strike by themselves. But this starvation was not a joke. It is treasonable. It is even indeed a felon sanctioned by northern leaders and the Presidency.

Last time I checked. Real famine had come and gone and real people and nation still stood therein and rose above it. To the southern demigod and bootlockers: The Northerners starving the south are not supremacist? if they had better sale of their products in Niger and Cameroon as planned, will they call off their starvation of death agenda against the south? Who begged them to call of their strike in 2 days? 

The Northerners only have leaders and elders when it is time to intimidate the Southerners, but this time around, their leaders did not even say a word including your Nationalistic Buhari who only always find his voice when Fulani killers are repelled in Ondo and Oyo. He wasn’t aware. The man of injustice is always aware during honest reprisal. His lack of Justice and fairness threesomed with nepotism is bringing the nation to a halt. Their was a Y’aradua who was in situation worst then Buhari. He held the nation and led it rightly. The northerners thought they could kill the southerners with hunger, that was the motive of the food blockade. It was a planned mass murder. A minimum of 30 people are killed daily in the North. Zero protest was held. Zero compensation was demanded. They kept praying violence will go without tasking leaders to put and end to it. Instead, they kept hailing terrorists. Both the Northerners and Southerners died in Shasha,  but the Northerners wanted the world as compensation. They even forgot they provoked the fight. They didn’t not realize a man who stripped a southern lady naked in a market square in the south just to access her body in the heart of the market deserve stoning according to Shariah. 

I liked the narratives of the southern Buharist. They rolled out drums telling us statrvation had almost killed their friends, their friend felt famine in 2 days but they themselves lived in heaven and felt none. Fellow Southerners, everything you need can be imported, just place an order. Singerpore imports 90% of farm produce for its people consumption and the country is exceeding greatly. But what beats me, is how the northern Buharist would want to starve it’s southern counterpart dead through the support of the presidency and still want to hold on to Nigeria. 

Do not panic, the military they rely upon has a deficiency. It has 80% northerners. You are not killing your people when you declare independence. The military has been so overstretched in the north against bandits and Boko Haram that if Biafra and Oduduwa Republic announce independence today. It will stand. Beside the northerners which made up about 80% of the army cannot win land combat, they never did. Airforce is the easiest to form in the world and it will take less than 48 hours to form one. The pain will not last 1 week. It is time to say farewell.
