Former State Assembly Aspirants’ Forum Inaugurates Excos -By Hamza Usman Garko

The over 100 former aspirants in attendance unanimously agreed upon the decision made and pledged to unfailingly work closely towards the success of the forum, especially in entrenching the prospects of PDP coming back to power at the state and national levels.

The Former State Assembly Aspirants’ Forum Inaugurates Excos, a parasol of former aspirants comprising of mostly youths across the 11 local government areas of Gombe State met on the 18th of June, 2020 to inaugurate key leadership positions that are expected to spearhead the governance of the forum, ahead of the 2023 election tussles.

The rendezvous saw the emergence of the following persons as the pioneer team to form part of the central leadership of the initative:

1. Chairman: Hon. Sadiq Gi’da’do

2. Secretary: Samaila Foloma

3. Financial Secretary: Hon. Adamu Yakubu Usman

4. PRO: Hon. Hamza Usman Garko

5. Treasurer: Ruth Abubakar Tal

The over 100 former aspirants in attendance unanimously agreed upon the decision made and pledged to unfailingly work closely towards the success of the forum, especially in entrenching the prospects of PDP coming back to power at the state and national levels.

In the same vein, a resolution was made to institute 24 representatives and ambassadors of the forum in all the constituencies of the state.
