Governor Sanwo-Olu appoints SSG, others

According to the statement, the new SSG is “an erudite, experienced barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria who has over three decades experience at the Bar.”

The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday, announced the appointment of Bimbo Salu-Hundeyin as the Secretary to the State Government.

The governor, who was on May 29 inaugurated for second term in office, re-appointed his former Chief of Staff, Mr Tayo Ayinde, and Deputy Chief of Staff, Gboyega Soyannwo, to their former roles.

A Thursday statement by the Head of Service, Mr Hakeem Muri-Okunola, said, “The Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has approved the appointment of ‘Bimbola Salu-Hundeyin as the Secretary to the State Government; Mr Tayo Ayinde as the Chief of Staff and Mr Gboyega Shoyanwo as Deputy Chief of Staff.”

According to the statement, the new SSG is “an erudite, experienced barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria who has over three decades experience at the Bar.”

The governor, who was inaugurated for second term in office alongside his deputy, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, on May 29 at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos, promised an all-inclusive governance.
