Gross corruption in RIFAN Niger State -By Shariff M.M Al-hassan

The situation of RIFAN programe in Niger State has become another safe zone for corruption and mass looting by the bad elements in the society.

The aims and objectives of Federal government of Nigeria is to eased the hardship and also to increase our economy. The programe is meant for the local farmers and for those who deemed it fit to farm for the betterment of humanity. The situation of RIFAN in Niger State is pitiable and has become a great catastrophy to the poor people. Scarcity of rice in the market with high price per mudu despite the billions of naira FG pushed into RIFAN – to eased the hardship. RIFAN programe in Niger State is useless, nonsensical, and has increased hardship on the poor citizens.

It’s only the so-called RIFAN co-ordinator claiming wicked philantropist swimming in millions with his corrupt and unproductive boys. The situation has become intolerable, unbearable, unacceptable, inhuman and lack of the fear of God.

RIFAN in Niger State has become a BUYING AND STORING RICE ASSOCIATION. You cannot be buying cars worth millions for your boys while people are suffering in adjacent poverty, the most annoying part of everything is the useless empowerment of peanuts and petty rewards to few people whom defended and support their corrupt practices. I challenge the so-called RIFAN co-ordinator to present single individual that has became a millionaire or successful person in Niger State? The only millionaires are RIFAN boys, which some of them are illiterates. When people try to air their views, the RIFAN co-ordinator threatened them with arrest and all manners of intimidations just to cover up corrupt practices in RIFAN. RIFAN is a National programe that people have the right to talk about and disagree with the wrong acts going on in RIFAN programe. It’s not your personal programe that you will deny people from airing their views and demand for transparency. One thing is certain in this RIFAN of a thing, God will surely expose you people at the right time. Almighty God will land disaster in all the things you people are stealing making poor people to suffer.
