Jaywillz is on a mission to replicate his demography. He is growing towards the direction of balancing the mode of his art with listeners plus an increasing appeal which his music now comes with.

Last year, he became one of the wonders introduced into the Nigerian pop scene by Chaadoo Music Worldwide. While Jaywillz accompanied smash hits like “Medicine” alongside his debut extended play “Love Or The Word”, and most importantly “Medicine” became the track that racked him so many numbers and turned every of his listener into a fan. He was loved for Medicine and even more for his effort on the debut project.

The same year, Agwuma Kingsley profiled Jaywillz on Vanguard Newspaper as one of the acts on the lookout the following year, and not quite long, Jaywillz pulls the hard strings releasing his brand new EP earlier which was created earlier this year to align the moments the writer visioned for his career run. Currently, his EP unveils love and chronicles Valentine’s moment alongside. This EP, Sunflower by Jaywillz should replicate his demography, and flowing through the same vein, it shows Willz’s dexterity, his concise and lucid storytelling ability through a variety of pop music structures.

Although Jaywillz didn’t dwell much on guiding listeners through love alone, he also coasts through sex, fandom, as he brings light to how average Nigerian youths are regarded in society. “Problem” unravels the story in an unlikely style and manner. “Off The Lights” bask in so much pop beauty that examines a love mixed with fandom and sex even as Jaywillz told the story in slang Gen Z could easily relate with. Meanwhile, the melodies of the record were good.

“Wishlist” becomes his wishlist as he describes his woman as the wishlist, however, it is about a love that seems to be on a solid fort. Indeed. “Skin Tight” also walked through the same love trails that “Wishlist” and “Spoils” established alongside “Baby”. While “Skin Tight” is the perfect opener that explores his love interest towards his woman.

“Baby” is spectacular. Jaywillz takes all the responsibility as a lover, however, it was the second to the last track on the project before “Off The Light”, the closer record on the project which was well defined on sex and fandom after Baby seemed like wedding day moments while “Off The Lights” became like the wedding night as it comes with every single moment’s wedding nights comes with and is shared between responsible couples.

“Spoils” establishes “Skin Tight” as well as it shares the same resemblance and theme which becomes more exposed deeper. The project examines Jaywillz’s ability to tell intense love tales with diversification which he inputs on “Problems”. Meanwhile, the project aligns with valentine’s season and would seek measures to replicate his audience and keep them. He is still one of the fast-rising Nigerian pop stars on the lookout for 2022.
