Kogi: Governor Ododo prioritizing citizens’ safety, says Hon Tiamiyu

A chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) from Kogi State, Hon Fancy Jimoh Tiamiyu, has applauded Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for his remarkable efforts towards ensuring the safety of residents in the state.
Hon Tiamiyu, who is the Special Adviser to the governor on Corporate Affairs, gave the applause in a statement.

According to the APC stalwart, “Governor Usman Ododo has made remarkable strides in enhancing security across Kogi State, prioritizing citizens’ safety through innovative and collaborative measures. His administration has introduced transformative initiatives, leveraging technology and community engagement to create a safer environment for all.

“A cornerstone of Ododo’s security agenda is the unveiling of new security vehicles, equipping law enforcement with modern tools to combat crime effectively. The launch of the Metropolitan Quick Response Squad further demonstrates his commitment to rapid, proactive responses to security threats. Additionally, Ododo has empowered 1,050 local hunters with advanced gadgets, strengthening grassroots security efforts and fostering collaboration between communities and law enforcement.”
