Leno Adesanya to sue EFCC N25B for defamation, violation of human rights, non-abidance to the rule of law and harassment

While the law clearly states that declaring anyone wanted must have a court order as enacted by Justice Othman Musa (Benedict Peters Vs EFCC), EFCC didn’t have any court order but was acting out of desperation.

Chairman Sunrise had written Tinubu ahead of EFCC declaration, sights breach of fundamental Human rights. 

In a letter written on the 15th of December 2023, Mr. Leno Adesanya wrote president Tinubu notifying him of EFCC’s unlawful approach and harassment in handling the mambilla hydro dispute. 

Subsequently, Mr. Adesanya had written the chairman of EFCC notifying him of coperation and to meet in the UK where his human rights won’t be violated and even agreed to pay an all expense trip.

While the law clearly states that declaring anyone wanted must have a court order as enacted by Justice Othman Musa (Benedict Peters Vs EFCC), EFCC didn’t have any court order but was acting out of desperation.  

The international court of commerce is rounding up on submissions and FGN’s legal representatives and some elements in the department of justice are running out of steam following so many contradictory position and loosing its case to Sunrise Power. 

Leno Adesanya is set to sue the EFCC for N25B and an apology by EFCC in 5 dailies without a retraction. Known to be a strong litigant and one who fights hard, it is clear that if justice truly prevails, the EFCC would be battling with one to many cases with Sunrise Power Transmission
