Two Nigerian men, Chukwudi Okafor, 31, and Samuel Eze, 34, have been arrested in India after allegedly killing their friend, Emeka Christian, in Pune’s Pisoli area over a dispute linked to a romantic relationship.

According to India Today, the 40-year-old victim was beaten to death following an argument during a late-night gathering on Sunday at the home of a Nigerian woman in Pisoli. Christian had reportedly joined other Nigerians for dinner when the disagreement erupted.

Police said the dispute involved the woman, who was in a romantic relationship with one of the suspects and often hosted him at her residence. Christian allegedly objected to the relationship, which escalated tensions among the group.
