He has also contributed greatly to development of his society and Pambegua community in particular through assisting in self-help projects. Little wonder, this seasonal administrator and erudite scholar of great repute was recommended or appointed by Kaduna state ministry of education as a principal to the newly built boarding science secondary school, Pambegua.
At a time when education is grappling with myriad of challenges and many youths are shying away from it, lies a hard working and experience principal. Mr Hussaini wuddivara has become force to reckon with and has been in a teaching profession spanning over two decades. He has acquired adequate teaching experiences and impacted the knowledge to many students who came under his tutelage. Our path crossed when he was posted to government secondary School, Pambegua. As an old student who completed the school in 1999, the principal, Mr wuddivara, included me under the state government School Based Monitoring Committee (SBMS), after my name has been recommended by some members of our community. Though, even before we meet, I was told about his passion for the development of my former school through dedication to duties. He is a no nonsense administrator who instilled discipline to students. Wuddivara ensures staff give their best in term of punctuality and performances. He rewards hardworking and punish laziness.
During our first SBMC meeting, Wuddivara outlined his marshal plans for the school and sought for out inputs. He hardly take unilaterally take decision without accommodating the ideas of others. He is an administrator who always engage his staff and seek for their advise on how he can run the school successfully. Last year, during Pambegua Old Student Association (POSA), annual general meeting, Wuddivara intellectually and brilliantly presented the problems affecting the school vis-a-vis insecurity, inadequate manpower as many classes lack subjects teachers such as: government and economy. Wuddivara drawn the attention of the members to intervene and do the needful for the progress of the school. It was during the meeting that old students who graced the occasion realized that, he personally used his resources to carry out numerous maintenance for the development of the school.
Mr Hussaini Nakka Wuddivira (Dan Masani Kabane) was born on 20th September,1967 in kabene 1,kauru local government, Kaduna state. He had his early education at LEA Geshere, between 1974 and 1980. He was in GSS Saminaka for general certificate of education from1980 to 1985. College of advance studies, Zaria 1986-1988. He was in A.B.U between 1989 and 1994 where he bagged BSc in zoology. His passion to acquire more education led him to study professional Diploma in education from Institute of Education, ABU Zaria, between 2005 and 2006 respectively. He currently holds master in crop protection from famous Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Mr Hussaini Wuddivira has other certificates in general ICT and Cyber Security training, certificate in theology and certificate in computer operation. He is a member of professional bodies such as: NUT,TRC and ANCOPSS.
He started his working experience at comprehensive secondary, school Bawop, Cross Rivers ,1994- 1995.GSSS Maraban kubau,1995-2003. Vice principal GJSS Ikara 2009-2013, acting principal GJSS pambegua, 2013-2018. In 2018 he became principal GSS pambegua (SNR).
Mr Hussaini Nakka Wuddivira has attended various training and conference across the country such as: African confederation of principal 2020 11 edition, Abuja 2021. Mandatory continuing professional training (MCPT), Katsina,2019. ANCOPSS national conference both in sokoto and Ondo states. He carried out many research such as: the problems of teaching of biology in secondary schools, evaluation of Neem for the management of Aphids on cabbage etc. He has also contributed greatly to development of his society and Pambegua community in particular through assisting in self-help projects. Little wonder, this seasonal administrator and erudite scholar of great repute was recommended or appointed by Kaduna state ministry of education as a principal to the newly built boarding science secondary school, Pambegua. His intimidating curriculum vitae coupled with experience spanning over decades has given him edge over other applicants. Therefore, his appointment did not come to us as surprise. Mr Hussaini Wuddivira will use his experience to catapult the new science secondary school into greater heights.
