A man has cried out over alleged domestic violence he suffers in the hands of his wife.

The unnamed man made the disclosure at the Zion Prayer Movement presided over by Ebuka Obi.

In what looked like an open counseling session, the man, his wife and their children sat together while the man narrated his ordeal to the hearing of the congregation.

He explained that whenever he beats any of his children to correct them, his wife beats him back in the presence of the children.

He disclosed how he advised her to take her revenge, if she had to, when they are away from the children, as hitting him in their presence was counterproductive, but she refused.

He said, “If I beat any of my children who did wrong, she will stand up and beat me back.

“I told her that, if I beat any of the children and you want to beat me back, wait till we are alone. I told her the way she beats me in their presence is not good, and that she’s planting an evil seed in them, but she refused.

“As I speak with you, any of my daughters I beat, beats me back. Anyone I beat will stone me because they have learnt it from their mother.” He lamented

Following the revelation, the livid wife was seen threatening the husband while their children tried to pacify her.
