Need For An Urgent Support To Tackle The Outbreak Of The Waste Related Diseases -By Abubakar Muhammad Usman

A Corps member from Gombe State, Musa Saleh, who is currently serving his Corps service in Bauchi State as a leading Corper of environmental health has started a project which he said has long been in his intention but could not due to the lack of financial sponsorship and support, which he started with the clearance of an area and heading to start building where refuse should be discharged in order to help in maintaining the good and appropriate environmental condition.

The corp member started the aforementioned project at Kofar Dumi, Bauchi, Bauchi State of Nigeria. From the interview, he expressed his intention of achieving the project as the best thing he can do during his corp service to contribute to the national development which any corp member would like to achieve during his corp service.

He also said that, he still needs the support and sponsorship from anyone who is capable of doing so; politicians, businessmen, organisations to offer him any possible support to achieve this project and contribute to the maintenance of national hygiene.

His zeal is worth enough to be supported, because what he has started is the project that any community will like to acknowledge, for it is the project that aims at bringing the good means of tackling any other cause of outbreak of the cholera and other waste related diseases that can affect the community residents. And, this project is it’s kind that any serving member will try to do in order to contribute to the community which will remain as the crucial community property even after his leaving, that will also encourage the government that the corp members are the serving humanity agents.
