New Year Message: Hon. Mahmud Gaya tasks peoples to pray for end of insecurity

The member representing Albasu, Gaya and Ajingi federal constituency in the House of Representatives , Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya has appealed to Nigerian to resort to spiritual help in seeking for solution to end the challenge  of insecurity ravaging the country.

The lawmaker in a new year missive issued on Friday evening had urged  Nigerians  to pray fervently for an end to the cases of  killings, kidnapping and other related issues of insecurity confronting Nigeria.

According to him, more than any other times in our history, there is  insecurity in all ramifications, which has become worrisome and continued to   ravage, we must continually pray for our  country, for an end to all the challenges, we are  going through as a people and as a nation . The lawmaker who went philosophical said , the  present situation in the country is a test of the people spiritual resolve and  faith.

Gaya  then assured the members of his  constituents of his commitment  towards the execution of meaningful   empowerment programme aimed to  boost small scale  farming ,  family Support Programmes, for the betterment of their lives.

The lawmaker,  on the yuletide felicitates with people and government of Kano state,  Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila,  principal leaders, peoples  of  his  constituent and Nigerians  for witnessing yet another new year celebration and pray for peace, and hitch-free new year  devoid of  insecurity.” The statement  stated.
