The Headquarters, 14 Brigade Nigerian Army, Ohafia, has begun sensitising youths in Abia State about the ongoing recruitment exercise for the 90 Regular Recruit Intake (90 RRI).
According to a statement issued by Lt. Anna Tsaku, Acting Assistant Director of Army Public Relations, the online application portal officially opened on September 19.
The statement described the exercise as a unique opportunity for young Nigerians to join the Army and serve the country with “pride, courage and honour.”
It further noted that the Nigerian Army is committed to enlisting disciplined and dedicated youths ready to defend Nigeria’s territorial integrity and contribute to national security.
“Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive military training and gain access to diverse career paths,” the statement read.
The Army urged young people across Abia to take advantage of the opportunity by visiting the official recruitment portal: www.recruitment.army.mil.ng, completing their applications, and following all provided guidelines.
Reiterating that the process is free of charge, the Army warned applicants to beware of fraudsters and “unscrupulous individuals who may attempt to exploit them.”
