Nigerian Youths Of My Dreams -By Abubakar Muhammad Usman
In these dreams, I see success! But, only if we, youths, have changed to make all these into reality. Then, our long awaited dreams will sprout to flick.

As we all know, any country that has a specific goal to achieve, placed it on her incoming generation, that is, younger once. Because, wherever you go, youths are the best version of any achievement. I have been dreaming about my Nigerian youths, how I want us to be for the Nigeria at large, not for ourselves alone.
In my dream, I see youths become the close friends to the books and pens instead of any kind of weapon to fight. I dream, youths become one voice of calmness to call for peace instead of shouting for political thuggery. I dream, youths prefer living in the dungeon of penury to stealth, rubbery or fraud. I dream, youths become wise civilians who cast votes for the deserved candidates instead of casting for he who gives them some pennies and forget about them after election. In my dream, of Nigerian youths, I see youths become intact to their personal desires and struggle to succeed instead of smoking weeds, sipping syrup abusively. I dream, youths have changed, become the proud of Nigeria through wiping off do-what-our-oga-does in any way or the other; politically, socially and psychologically, and become the new version of their selfless interest in building our dear Nigeria. I see those of repugnant acts become the good ambassadors of tomorrow. Our youths become the rivals of corruption, kidnapping, and any elusive fault. Youths, our hope, stand to realise what our past heroes started, letting our Nigerian sinking in the smell of our dreams.
In these dreams, I see success! But, only if we, youths, have changed to make all these into reality. Then, our long awaited dreams will sprout to flick.
