The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has applauded the return of Dr. Olajide Adediran, widely known as Jandor, to the All Progressives Congress (APC), describing the decision as a “wise and good move.”
Obasa, who hosted Jandor on Sunday at his official residence in Ikeja GRA, expressed delight at the development.
“Your return to the progressive family is a very wise and good move,” the Speaker said.
He commended Jandor for his courage and reaffirmed that the APC remains the political platform that best reflects the aspirations of Lagosians and Nigerians. Obasa also assured him of full reintegration into the party and pledged collaboration in the drive to deliver good governance to the state.
In his remarks, Jandor thanked Obasa for the warm reception and reiterated his readiness to work with the APC leadership to advance the development of Lagos and Nigeria.
He also lauded President Bola Tinubu’s recent tax reforms, describing them as bold and people-focused despite anticipated resistance.
