Please, Where Is The Love? -By Abdulrahman Yunusa
The Nigerian citizens woke up with a heartbreaking and worrisome update about the increment of cooking gas price, apart from the usual inflation we met on daily basis once we step our legs to the markets yet they are not appreciating our patience. Please where is the love ?

It’s a universal fact that “where there is love there is piety and where there is love there is happiness, likely”, for that every true love relationship is expected to coexist ultimately with the combination of the above features. Meanwhile the above love attributes are said to be found in every social relationship be it inter person or inter group respectively.
Perhaps Love can sometimes be a remedy to someone’s obstacles but only when the lover is sympathizing with the condition of his partner. And if it appears to be contrary to the above condition, then the partner is bound to pay the ugly price of being in to a sorry relationship with an enemy resemble lover.
Oh! No Wonder !
The recent increase in electricity tariff is a clear indication that the gang of men leading the affairs of this poor country are nothing but bunch of ” Sadist ” folk in a real sense. Because it’s apparent they feel exult when seeing people suffering on their course.
As of last week, the Nigerian citizens woke up with a heartbreaking and worrisome update about the increment of cooking gas price, apart from the usual inflation we met on daily basis once we step our legs to the markets yet they are not appreciating our patience. Please where is the love ?
Today, the ugliest narratives keep thriving, I had collide with a shocking new each and every house within our vicinity must pay 6500 to enjoy electricity due the recent increase on electricity tariff. It’s appalling and an average Nigerian can’t withstand the unbearable burden peacefully as the unfolding events are exasperating the situation.
Astonishingly, the ” Pseudo Lover and messiah of the masses ” is found no where but none could ever agree he will afford to keep mum when someone try to challenge his position. So this is enough for anyone with discerning mind to understand that his personal interest is far above to national interest, that’s an irrefutable fact.
Please, can someone show us where the love is because our eyes are of devoid of light to see it. As he said he loves us countless times but the irony of his words are always prevailing in an awkward form but still he has gut to keep fooling us using media tool and fake economic policies that are meant to coax our souls.
At least, if he truly in love with us he would probably go hellbent to source us an antidote via establishing and introduction of soft policies that will ease our horrendous condition thereby reciprocating the love gesture we poured him in his toughest days of political campaign. Alas, the man of a fakery embodiment failed to do that deliberately just to force us suffer the mediocrity of his maladministration. For God sake, is this the reward of loving in a saner environment ?
Albeit, he should know that we are not ignorant, we have the capacity to think and differentiate between black and white and we also have the sound reasoning capacity that will help us fathom our true lover. For that, we came to testify that this man hiding behind the veil of political perfidy is nothing but a fake lover of the masses.
Therefore we can’t continue eying him with the lens of integrity and honestly he once wrapped his body with just to hoodwink us and get our votes because we have now espied his true color so he can’t be faking it anymore.
Evidently, bevause of his poor economic policies everyone of us here is fighting one toughest battle, at least. But we majority of our people choose to hide it in their hearts though it hurts the problem dwelling position😢
We are tired of deceit games !
May Allah’s aid come to our rescue 👏🏾
