The Oyo State Amotekun operatives, here is a piece of advice for you, having known that your compliance to the conditional and forceful traditional Oath taken by Colonel Olayinka Olayaju and his 2ic through the agreement of the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun) Board of Governance, I know is against your faith and wish but you don’t want to lose the job, I understand.

Please also look into and intensify efforts on inadequacy of the Oyo State Amotekun corps leadership system manifesting itself through unprofessional operation experiencing in Oyo State Amotekun corps operatives which can make the Oyo State Government to building castle on the air.

I wonder why the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun) management team and its founder; the Oyo State Government always play the Agency into the tip of my indefatigable pen of truth. The more the management team looks away from act rightly in upholding professionalism in the operation and the administration of the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun) affairs, despite the fact that I failed to hide the bitter truth that the administrative flaws concurrently parading itself in the day to day activities of the agency is my strength to write on their unprofessional weakness, the more my pen shall dance and sing to the sweet Melody of truth.

Having hear this fact and others, the so called experienced management team as contained in the Oyo State Amotekun law 2020 (check the requirements for the appointment of board of governance and other adminstrators) still play the agency unprofessional practice into the tip of my indefatigable and erudite pen by administring a forceful traditional Oath on the Oyo State Amotekun operatives. What an ugly event taking place in government established security outfit!

I ought to have raised this issue of traditional Oath taken as soon it was conceived as a day old pregnancy in the mind of its (traditional Oath) originator, before being communicated to the next superior head who later got reluctant and unscrutunized approvals of the Oyo State Amotekun board of Governance. But the nagative attitude of most Oyo State Amotekun operatives who are being instigated by the OPC boss in the Agency paused my action till when traditional Oath taken exercise commenced, so as not to deny the fact.

This on-going forceful traditional Oath taken is one of the strategic, conscious and conclusive cultic move of few selected management team members in the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun) to unconsciously initiate the Oyo State Amotekun operatives especially the literates, who are not OPC members to OPC caucus of the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun) and also to fully perfect the selection of coordinators, LG 2ic and admin officers who are not initially OPC members to be among the Oyo State Amotekun OPCs caucus. All this while, I have been echoing that OPC caucus agendas is being used to make decisions in the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun).

Everybody include the Oyo State Government take this as a disturbing noise that needs no attention, some are even insinuating that may be I am planning to take a post in the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun). You are absolutely wrong.

Now that all Oyo State Amotekun operatives have forced to swear traditionally, it is high time for the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun) management team to also to take their traditional Oath on these three facts; firstly, that the way and manner things are running (administration) in the agency is a professional way of running a security system. Secondly, that the Odua Peoples Congress” interest is not use to administer in the Agency, the traditional Oath taken is OPC intent. Lastly, that State Commander and his 2ic are not commiting any of the offences levy against the Oyo State Amotekun operatives which call for a forceful traditional Oath taken. Observe your Oath taken publicly and with the same instruments used for the Oyo State Amotekun operatives. Otherwise, the forceful traditional Oath repercussions you subjected the helpless Oyo State Amotekun operatives to, shall definitely bounce back on you and your children accordingly.

Mind you, your failure to hold on to your faith is the fault of your religion leaders at Local Government and State level who failed woefully to raise up against the inhumane decision of the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun). Likewise, the fault of the Oyo State Ministry of Justice to help in protection of human right being violated by the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun). Free your mind, you are not under bondage of the traditional Oath, gods are not fool, since the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun) management team are also guilty of the offences levied against you, and they (Olayinka and Akinro) failed to swear. Clear your mind, do well to the Oyo State citizens whose tax is being used to pay your monthly salary. Besides, no code of conduct and operational manual are available to guide your behavior and operation, but you all know what is good and bad, do what you will expect people to do for you. Pray that the truth requesting for by this indefatigable pen of truth should come to light.
Lo and behold, whenever professionalism fails to reign in a newly established organization, is either the management team is corrupt, incapable or both.
When professionalism eventually arrived the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun) my pen shall be healthy to sing and dance to its melodious arrivals.

I Segun Adebowale, omo Oyo mesi, the foot prints on the Sand of time are not made by sitting down, I will continue pressing for professionalism in the affairs of the Oyo State Security Network Agency (Amotekun)
