The two weeks of intensive and extensive Youth Entrepreneurship Agri-business Project held at Called Servants to Serve (CSS, farms) Gora, Nasarawa State is at best awe-inspiring, eye opening and heart warming. For me, to be at CSS is to be at the incubator of development, and empowerment. What a wonderful citadel to blend theory with practice in such a seamless fashionable way? If there is any way to go in capturing youth for life-changing program different from the usual rhetoric from our leaders, this is the way. At CSS, you are exposed to various skills in innovative integrated agriculture (farming) from the production to finish goods. All thanks to our darling Governor.

Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde has again demonstrated his leadership creativity wrought in courage and compassion. Being a smart and digitally inclined Governor with eyes on the big picture, GSM has shown opportunities made available to teeming youths and not politicians and their followers is simply the best way to tame the monsters of crimes and insecurity rife among the youths. He’s also displayed that grace and candor by all standard. Here is a man who’s raising the bar of Governance while still staying true to his simple character evidenced in openness and transparency, key drivers of development especially in lifting unemployed youths out of the pool of unemployment and restlessness.

In a way, Oyo again is setting the pace among others and we are proud to have a Governor who’s wearing and leading in that regard with pride and purpose.
Here is an awesomely intelligent leader, the rare type a developing Nation like Nigeria needs badly for 360 degree change. “Now God be thanked who has matched us” says Rupert Brooke “with this hour”

In her own Queenly words, Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth of England once remarked that “if we all go forward together with an unwavering faith, a high courage, and a quiet heart, we shall be able to make of this new change, which we all love so dearly. We all love: more freedom, more security, more prosperity”

Gathering the Youth for this wonderful prosperity Journey was such a nice and brilliant idea and I pray Allah continue to guide and guard GSM and other youth oriented leaders right! (Amen).
