Anything happens when we do nothing. It’s with the aforementioned saying that committed; progressive youths, and parents alike, took it upon themselves to sanitize and cleanse ‘Ode AlfaNda’ community of the upsurge in social vices conquering the minds of our teeming youths.

The deep-thinking youths of Ode AlfaNda, a community in Ilorin West, however constituted a committee to address Indecent Dressing, Thuggery, Drug Abuse and Cultism. A registered name, Ode AlfaNda Joint Community Development Association (OJCDA), was then birthed. OJCDA is registered with The Nigeria Police, The Nigerian Military and other Relevant Paramilitary Agencies.

Yesterday, the committee took sensitization to Adodo-Awenimaye-Akaje-AlAgnah axis of the community where youths in the presence of their parents were enlightened on the Responsibilities being shouldered by the Development Association. The initiative of axis sensitization is coming after the inaugural general sensitization which had all the constituting axes present.
