History always has a place for people like Gov Siminalayi Fabura whether he stoops low to conquer or he is just another aggressor. But one thing to note through political history the oppressed  knows the language of the oppressor.

Those who complained about the colonialists and captured power were worse than the old landlords they kicked out of reign.

Robert Mugabe was a classic example of the oppressed who understood the language of the opposers . He captured power and became the worst ruler.

Enacting an executive order to annexe another arm of government is not only a low moment in political history but shows a sign of a desperado one who has learnt a lot from his master.
