South Africa’s rejected Chidinma Adetshina emerges Miss Universe Nigeria 2024
This November, in Mexico, she will represent Nigeria at the Miss Universe pageant, and the first runner-up, Miss Anambra, will compete in the Miss Supranational competition.
Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 is 23-year-old Chidinma Adetshina, who pulled out of the Miss South Africa 2024 competition after causing a stir on social media regarding her nationality.
In order to win the title, Taraba State’s Chidinma defeated four other finalists: Miss Rivers State; Miss Anambra State; Miss Ondo State; and Miss Edo State.
This November, in Mexico, she will represent Nigeria at the Miss Universe pageant, and the first runner-up, Miss Anambra, will compete in the Miss Supranational competition.
Chidinma receives the N10 million big prize for winning the title.
The newly crowned beauty queen defined the title as a call to action in her acceptance speech.
