Stage collapses at Kano swearing-in ceremony

The stage for Kano State’s swearing-in ceremony collapsed at Sani Abacha Stadium in Kofa Mata on Monday.

The state Governor-elect, Abba Yusuf, and the acting Chief Judge, who were all on the podium, are safe, according to Channels TV.
