Telu and the Foes: A thief that stole the king’s trumpet will blow it in heaven -By Azeez Ridwan
The dysenteric Obaship system and chieftaincy related laws in Nigeria, have always been an everlasting scar on the face of those up and doing rulers who wish greatness as a next of kin for the people, at the expense of some fellows with a pocketful of P.I (Personal Interest) who always miscalculate their arithmetic to equals to four.

It is only a naked man, dancing in the dead of the night, abusing a clusters of well clothed fellow will pray that a good morning never comes.
To rub minds, although, my diary is tired of penning down the flying talks of ingratitude of king makers who picture themselves as Alpha and Omega since the dethronement of Sanusi the great of the land of the groundnut pyramid in Kano.
As a stooling Ideology and provision of Nigeria chieftaincy system, which subjugate public opinion for a consensus of kingmaker to make brown envelope decision on matters of public concern registered into my mind the needlessness of popular view in our undexterious society. The question might have been different; should king makers decide in public interest?
However, the recent buy-one-and-get-one-for-free petition signed by an assembly of kingmakers, as an attempt to oust an outstanding paramount ruler in Yorubaland, Oba Abdurasheed Akanbi Telu I, had never unseat him but dust his throne to get rid of particles and cankerworms that may waylay the success of his reign.
Public interest has suffer, as some few elites gathered to collate signatures as an attempt to oust the the jurisdiction of righteousness in Iwoland on a groundless argument.
As a submission, the Chief Achievement Commander of Iwoland had done enough and served his delicious meal to the entire people of Iwoland as the pioneer of a Government owned Institution of Higher Learning, for the first time in the history of Iwoland.
Let me convince you once again, that Iwoland is on the track of setting a pace for other sister towns and cities in Osun as more success is on the way. Why the petition and did the so-called petition in anyway served the public interest? This is a one Million Dollars question awaiting answer from the petitioners.
The table shakers seems to attempt breaking the table this time around as they keep shaking till they shake no more, thereby causing a great damage to the people’s interest in their reminds.
