The Buhari And APC Agenda tipped Barrister Ismaeel for ministerial appointment -By Basiru Umar Jahun
This is an opportunity for President Buhari to look at the direction of the youth — the passionate young men and women who laboured for the success of APC, Barrister Ismaeel stood to be among the best candidate. Barrister Ismael have been in APP, ANPP, CPC now APC, this shown his loyalty to the course of Buhari is unshakable.
Let me start by thanking President Buhari once again for assenting Not Too young to Run bill into law and let me clearly say that, the law is yet to served the best interest of youth in governance.
We all believed that youths are the engine room of every nation and the similitude of the importance of youth to nation building could be likened to a far engine without which vehicles cannot move, so also without youth action cannot thrive. For any nation to be on the development , it must be unleash the potentials of their youth, so also our beloved Nigeria. The likes of sir Tafawa Balewa, Sir Ahmadu Bello, Dr.Nnamdi Azikwe and chief Obafemi Awolowp fought tooth and nail in their youthful days to deliver the political independence we all enjoy today as a nation .
Therefore it’s important to state that; the involvement of civic role of our younger generation in promoting nationalisation is long overdue.

The two vacant positions left by Sabo Nanono (Kano) and Saleh Mamman (Taraba) should be filled with young politicians who will inject fresh ideas into the cabinet.
It’s another opportunity to recognize the contributions of young people in our society by appointing One of our own. We must build upon the imagination, energy, vibrancy, and talents of these our precious national assets.
This is an obvious imperative, more so in a country like ours with a massive and ever-growing youth bulge. The country would not reach its full potential until the government at all levels learn to engage with the changing values, needs, and expectations of youths.
“All our dreams of prosperity hinge on our ability to provide the physical infrastructure, the legal framework, the cultural and social support required to unleash the innovative potential of our young people. There fore Ismael is the best among us and we have no doubt he will excel in this appointment.”
