Hon. Commissioner, sir. I will like to join the few who had today, made a sincere “Good Day” to you, sir.

I could have placed a call through to you, if I had the capacity to. But how do I explain who I am to you? How do I tell you that I’m just a ordinary person with an unfaltering conscience of the masses? Would you even have considered to pick up a call from a such?

Yet, I’m much assured that you will get to read this, since the 21st century technological model had given us a better leverage.

Sir, in a public sector setting, service quality is about achieving efficiency in the service delivery system and ensuring that service-users have a positive experience (Service experience) and that the individual, collective, needs are met. Perhaps we should remind ourselves that public service is a service organized by the public bodies for the benefit of all the people in a society or community. The key understanding here is doing something that helps or benefits the people they’re meant to serve.

My source informed me there are many personalities who appeal to you before you calm and do the needful, your silence on some serious and threatening development in your ministry is very worrying. You should kindly show a good leadership for that is what you were assigned for.

Sir, I wonder why and what make these positions tough to fill, which Iam certain you’re aware. These camouflage needs to be addressed and solve in order to restore the respectives local government coucils credibility. You cannot continue to fold your arms on such and expect positive outcomes, if not otherwise waiting for magic to happen.

Today, most of the Local government area councils are running without Treasurers, Heads of Departments and shortage of many workers most especially because many staffs are old, some died, some retired, some left for schools, some on transfer of service and some left the jobs all without their replacement for years

I have no doubts that your town-to-town engagements and the reports you received at your office should have made the indulgence to reading through this letter with an heart devoid of prejudice, known. If not, I hereby crave your indulgence to read through again, without any negative prognostication.

As I conclude, Sir, I have written to you in much respect to your dignified office, but I get my etiquette found wanting when issues become discomfiting, especially when the agitation become intense.

Lastly Sir, this clamour is not in any way aimed at attacking you, as I remain ruthless in our support to ensure the State of Virtues rise above the shackles limiting it to a desirable standard that places it in the heart of all and sundry, but it’s just as important to speak against the repression of this sort, as I believe and stand convinced that the price of unflinching loyalty shouldn’t be undue abandonment.

Have my best wishes, as I hope you’ll start to proceed in reforming and initiating policies that will jave positive effects to your ministry for the betterment of Jigawa State.
