The New World After COVID-19 -By Isah Aliyu Chiroma

The economy can regain back it’s shape if we can change our approach and invest in other sectors of the economy. Applying modern technology to all aspect of the economy will ease work and produce fast output in a short period of time.

When rainfall came, it wet all the regions and life begins again. But the pandemic left some traces of uneasiness. Various thoughts mingled and shuffled out of our minds. We realized that we would have to begin a new life. Foundations must to be make for a strong economy recovery. And this will be determined by the effectiveness of the government response. There have already been some significant and fundamental changes in the world and many of those will become permanent. The economy is in danger as a result of the pandemic that took some months, which is diverging in an alarming manner. Transportation means collapsed as a result of the shutdowns and travel restrictions, no exportations nor importations. The economy recovery could be delayed as a result of the current crisis which will leave some significant changes in the developing countries. The recovery of the economy requires a new way of approach that will provide the well being of the society. Alot of people lose their jobs, small businesses collapsed due to the pandemic. More jobs need to be created to bridge the gap ahead of us, to provide job opportunities and reduce the rate of poverty and unemployment.

The education sector have been greatly affected by the pandemic. Students went on isolation and their studies was stop completely. Very few schools run their classes online. But what will be the fate of other student when schools are reopen and back with academic activities. Things are changing and changing fast with time. We are in the 21st century, where education is the backbone of the society. The more you pay attention to education, the fast growing your country will be. So much attention is needed to education, to build a society of creative minds, to produce men and women who know how to think and provide possible solutions to problems facing them.

Agricultural sector need to increase production to meet the demand and provide cheap and affordable food for the population. Agriculture industry is diversified, building the economy through it can enhance the standard of living. Because agriculture is a catalyst that can boost the economy within a short period of time. Alot of exports can be made after processing alot of products to where there are needed.

More importantly is using modern technology into the agriculture production which will boost and help easy our production by using improved varieties and modern technology. Fertilizers should be made available to Farmers at their finger tips to ease their production. Food security should be paid attention as food production is increasing every day, to minimize the rate of lost.

The economy can regain back it’s shape if we can change our approach and invest in other sectors of the economy. Applying modern technology to all aspect of the economy will ease work and produce fast output in a short period of time.
