What does the future look like?  Gen Z’s are said to be born between the years 1997 onwards. Generation Z is a more confident and challenging generation.

Gen Z’s are oftentimes described as crazy and freaky humans. This could be seen from the way they talk and even their fashion sense. You can never beat a Gen Z in the red carpet game.

Gen Z’s more tech-inclined. They just don’t know about technology- they were born for it.

The world is fast approaching and adopting the digital space and Gen Z is not sleeping over this innovation.

Today, out of 10 tech companies, you are most likely to find a Gen Z in 8. What does this tell you?

Gen Z’s are everywhere, and due to their assertiveness and capacity to assimilate faster. They are more likely to take over the digital space in a few years.

Gen Z is set out to dominate the tech and industrial space and they are doing this unapologetically.

Another ability of Gen Z is their ability to learn and assimilate faster. This helps them get to the top of every ladder they choose to climb.

Companies now understand the need for an online presence and are doing everything to look presentable online. You will agree with me that Gen Z is their first point of call because they believe Gen Z is in tune with the latest trends and can easily manipulate and optimize trends to their favor.

What happens to millennials in the digital space? Unlike Gen Z who were born into technology and are very versatile in the tech or digital space.

Millennials had to find their way around technology innovations. Millennials are generally not tech-savvy.

With Gen Z around the corner, there is not so much space for the millennials. Millennials are getting old and are most times not abreast with the latest trends.  A millennial needs to put in double effort if they want to build a career in the digital space.

The question is how many millennials want to do that work? For one, we could say the future of digital works is Gen Z.
