The South-East Governors And Ohaneze Ndigbo Must Hear This -By J. Ezike

The fury of the victimized South-Easterners is presently nascent, but it is also definitely inevitable: the fury, so carelessly ignored, so poorly understood by some people, even the most literate amongst them, whose mandates are politically grafted onto an agenda that would rejoice the hearts of the Sokoto Caliphate, the Miyetti Allah and the goons of the Fouta Djallon highlands. I tried not to think of the likelihood of a vigilante establishment, by the lately canonized Fulani Herdsmen terrorists, across the coastlines and regions of Biafra. I tried not to imagine it in my system of reality. I tried not to entertain the chance of it finding roots in our lands and villages. This is not to express shock; in fact my mind had greeted the news with expectancy, with the knowing that such conversation between the leaders of the South-East and the Miyetti Allah Confraternity was a foregone conclusion.

The headline itself came like bile in the morning. My friend Ahamefuna was right about the South-Eastern Governors and Ohaneze Ndigbo. He was right when he thought of their leadership as a nightmare stabbed in the daydreams of the Biafrans. And that it is through that nightmare that Ndigbo along with all its tribal relatives will be blackened-out, never to awake from the long tortuous sleep. He was right about our leaders inclining to the vigilante establishment as a tribute to the Sokoto Caliphate’s fulanization agenda. And he was also right when he said that this inclination strengthens the fury, and adds to that fury, war.

It must be admitted that the betrayal of the Biafran people by the leaders of the South-East is intentional. It must also be concluded that they are literally determined to wipe out their kinsmen for having saddled with an ideology for which they themselves consider unprofitable, antithetical to the interests that fans the flames of their genuine greed robed with all the elements of deliberate wickedness. But Ahamefuna was also right when he said that every human being is endowed with the charm of genuine wickedness. And like every soldier trained to kill with a gun, we decide how to spend the bullets in its cartridge, we decide who deserves the wrath of its trigger.

The mind has a way of processing pain. And “revenge” is one of its byproduct. A child who is forced into early bereavement and is fully aware of what killed his father, his mother and even his classmate Ahanna, will one day dry his tearful eyes in the scarring heat of the sun, arm his spirit with fury and challenge that “death” to a fight of no surrender.

I am writing in parables. And I am careful not to express pity and forgiveness at the deliberate wickedness shown by the South-East Governors and Ohaneze for the victimized people of Biafra. In all of this, in which it must be admitted that the Fulani sword of jihad had been placed in their hands and the mission saddled on their laps and for which there is no trace of compassion for the victimized, we can conclude that there is no telling evidence that the South-Eastern leaders are humans. We know that they were not placed there to serve our interests. We know that the reason why they brim with hateful appearances and have taken to snarling like wild dogs devouring their puppies is that they have been designed to turn their teeth on their kind. But they seem to forget that we all can be cannibals.

A victim is not technically a victim until he becomes victimized. If you call him a victim, it is simply a noun that raises no echoes and has no bearing on his condition. But when it transcends into a verb then we have awakened his victimhood which in turn will have real consequences on his condition. And so he becomes not just a victim by name but also by the Principles of Action. And that same principle states that when a victim is pushed to the limit, it is almost always certain that he will become the victimizer.

In Igbo land, Omenana has shown that there are certain sins that are apt to attract divine punishment bordering on exile and execution. These sins are unforgivable, unpardonable. They are the sins against the land and the sins against the people. Forget what the white man has fed you with his own version of history, the Igbos are the ancient Jews, we are the seeds of Abraham. We know this – even the white man knows this. Anyone conversant with the Old Testament, precisely the book of Exodus, will bear witness to divine command given to Moses by the Most High. Only those on the Lord’s side were spared. And it did not stop there; those who fashioned the gold idol were struck with terrible diseases. Now, reenact that biblical history to this present day and you will realize that we are in another miraculous episode of the Great Exodus. And only those on the side of Biafra will be spared. Only those whose hands are clean, whose voices have solicited justice for the victimized and whose questionable acts have turned a new leaf will earn clemency.

Let me announce that two inevitable fates await the South-East Governors and Ohaneze – Exile or Execution.  Two inevitable fates await the Igbo whose betrayal of the “Biafran Exodus” is a tribute to “One Nigeria” – Exile or Execution. Two inevitable fates await the Biafran whose hands have formed alliance with the Miyetti Allah to inflict upon our people induced anguish, sorrow and genocidal deaths – Exile or Execution. The likes of Joe Igbokwe who are currently on asylum in Lagos and Abuja, should take note. You cannot employ the blood of our people to enrich yourselves and your families and expect to be forgiven, so cheaply. Read me: your forgiveness lives 6 feet beneath the earth.

I am certain that the South-East Governors and Ohaneze are familiar with the controversial putsch of 1966, which became the precursor of the 1967-1970 Biafran War. I am certain they must have stumbled into the peculiar history of one Major Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu, the young 29 year-old Igbo soldier who was tipped as the arrow-head of the operation that led to the death of certain politicians. Now, something is about to happen, history is about to produce a reversed déjà vu.  We, the young Biafran revolutionaries, are aware that even the most well-behaved Igbo leader representing “One Nigeria” is ideologically related to the Sokoto Caliphate, the Miyetti Allah and all its terror franchises which over the years had evolved from Maitatsine, to Yatatsine, to BokoHaram, to Fulani Herdsmen, to Bandits and now Foreign Herdsmen. We are aware of the threats to our existence as a people, we are aware of the drums of war echoing from the parade of the Miyetti Allah – the evil fork of the Sokoto Caliphate. We are aware, from the point of view of power, that the vigilante establishment as proposed by the Miyetti Allah within the corridors of Biafraland is a subtle declaration of war on us, the Biafrans. And we welcome it, wholeheartedly.

See, if not that I am following the will of the Most High, if not that I am concerned about the lives of the innocents, I would have preferred that we get Biafra through yet another war. I am not married. I have no child. If you turn me upside down, I am not worth a dollar. I have nothing to lose but so much to gain – and the gain is freedom. The truth is; I am like a dead man walking. Every time I recede out of my roof of grace and my feet on the streets of Man, I move with the gait of a dead man walking. I am aware that I could be gunned down and opposed for what I strongly stand for. But I am not a coward. If I have to die young, then I have to die for a reason. And let me announce that in the absence of Biafra, death is a glorious gift.

Now, the South-East Governors and Ohaneze, must know that their days are numbered. This fury of the masses which they beckon will eventually consume them. In 1966, Nzeogwu and co, took the fury of their guns to the Northern leaders. But in this time, we the reincarnated souls of Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu, Christopher Okigbo and I dare say – Emmanuel Ifeajuna, will take the fury of our guns to the Government Houses in Biafraland. And I will be there in flesh when it will happen. I will be there when that second Biafran war which they are “stirring” will finally be born. Every “Igbo bastard presiding as a leader” responsible, connected and attached to the deaths and enslavement of our people within the Old Eastern Region will incur a violent judgment – make no mistake about it. And I repeat, when that time comes, two inevitable fates await them – Exile or Execution. And even my friend Ahamefuna, agrees with me. After all, we too have the charm of genuine wickedness and we all can be cannibals.
