Early this year, I noticed husband man and I would be on same bed but miles apart.

I would be pressing phone and because he wouldn’t want to disturb me, oga wee now face the other way backing me. The only man since 1969 that doesn’t like trouble. 😁
A peaceful somebody.

It got to a point, we started drifting apart. It started gradually.
No more hugging in the morning or teasing before he goes out in the morning.

Ibong became boring self.

So one day, as he was about going out, I asked for a hug and he said he’s running late.
Isi?
Running gini?

Better run from there to your village, sir. 😫

That was how he grumpily gave a hug. 🙄
Nay! This is not my baby.

In the evening, when he came back I went in and started my sermon.

Me: the sign of a cheating/ wicked husband… ‘He cannot give a hug.’
‘He faces the wall while sleeping with his wife.’
‘He has forgotten how to pamper his wife’
Heaven is far from such man. 😡

Husband man: see who’s talking.
For sometime now, you’ve never hugged me when I come back in the evening.
I wanted to hug you the other day, you said I should leave you…. You are busy.
For the past one month, have you asked how my day was?

Well, I apologized by fire and he accepted by thunder. We now prayed and spoke in diverse tongues.

See eh! Communication is everything in a relationship.
