Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh has announced that she has reconciled with her former husband, Olakunle “Churchill” Oladunni, describing the reunion as a “divine restoration” after nearly a decade of public conflict, separation and legal battles.

In an emotional message shared on her social media platforms, the actress disclosed that peace has finally returned to their relationship, ending years marked by tension, deep emotional wounds and broken communication.

“After ten long years of public battles, deep wounds and pain, God stepped in. What looked impossible and beyond repair has been touched by mercy. Peace has replaced chaos, and respect has returned,” she wrote.

Dikeh attributed the reconciliation to divine intervention, persistent prayers, humility and obedience to God, stressing that human effort alone could not have healed the rift.

She expressed gratitude to Churchill, the father of their son, for choosing peace and yielding, in her words, to God’s direction.

According to her, the renewed relationship is built on humility, genuine forgiveness and a shared commitment to the wellbeing of their son, King Andre Churchill.

“This reconciliation was not achieved by strength or wisdom but by spiritual transformation,” she stated.

The actress also offered encouragement to others dealing with similar struggles, urging them not to lose hope.

“To anyone who feels tired, wounded and misunderstood, your story is not over. God has not abandoned you,” she wrote.

She concluded with a prayer, asking that the restored relationship remain grounded in grace, mercy and divine protection, describing it as a powerful testimony of God’s unfailing love.

Tonto Dikeh and Olakunle Churchill were married in 2015 in a widely publicised ceremony, but their marriage collapsed less than two years later amid intense media attention, mutual accusations and prolonged legal disputes, particularly over custody and welfare of their only child, King Andre.

The unexpected reconciliation comes amid Dikeh’s renewed commitment to her Christian faith.
